Every figure the guide takes from a public document, with the document it comes from. Click a source to read it yourself. Each one says whether it has been checked against that document, and by whom (see the key below). If you have checked a figure against its source, use Check this beside it to say whether it matches.
How the 143 figures have been checked
Key
When a newer document gives a different figure for something an earlier one already covered, both are kept. The newer figure is listed below with its history; the older one isn’t deleted. Newest first.
No figures match.
The board gives SR 54 a figure on two segments: 58,700 west of S Branch Blvd; 64,800 between Ballantrae Blvd and Sunlake Blvd. The eastern segment is not the same on every board, so compare years with care.
The board gives SR 54 a figure on two segments: 63,500 west of S Branch Blvd; 69,000 between Bexley Village Dr and Ballantrae Blvd. The eastern segment is not the same on every board, so compare years with care.
The board gives SR 54 a figure on two segments: 56,500 west of S Branch Blvd; 62,500 between Bexley Village Dr and Ballantrae Blvd. The eastern segment is not the same on every board, so compare years with care.
FDOT counts, not the county's board: the board's 2023 figures for SR 54 are listed separately, for two segments.
FDOT counts this stretch at one site, north of where Rangeland Blvd would cross, and applies the figure to the whole stretch from SR 54 northward.
With a Rangeland Blvd interchange, the next sheet (PDF page 38) gives 87,800 between SR 54 and Rangeland Blvd and 75,800 between Rangeland Blvd and Ridge Rd.
With a Rangeland Blvd interchange, the next sheet gives 76,400 west and 72,400 east.
Later than the county capital plan, which the MPO priority list records as funding construction in FY 2029 (which starts 1 Oct 2028).
The request gives local matching funds of $7.8 million and a total of $12.3 million for FY 2026-27.
The letter says "about". It expects the share to rise once the segments are connected, but to stay below SR 54.

The next sentence reads: "Once support is demonstrated and funding is identified for the interchange, the interchange will be reevaluated."
Board gives E (D): E in the morning peak, D in the evening. See correction 2.

The county's 14 September letter gives different grades; this follows the boards. See correction 3.

Not measured the same way. January's printed total adds up construction, design and inspection only; September's also includes land and wetland mitigation. Counting the same items on both, the rise is smaller than these two figures suggest - section 7 of the guide works it through.
Footnote 3 on the matrix: "Two noise impacted areas were identified on the corridor."
The January 2025 matrix also rated the no-build None.
The no-build is rated None.

Alternative E is 33.97 acres.
With 7-foot bike lanes, a 5-foot sidewalk and a 12-foot meandering trail.
Figure 3 shows one southbound lane, one northbound lane, and an 11-foot turn lane "when warranted" between them, plus a 7-foot bike lane and the 12-foot trail.
The "2026 Status" column reads: "Design funded FY 2026 in CIP, ROW funded FY 2027 in CIP, CST Funded in FY 2028-2029 CIP". The request is PD&E, design and right-of-way.
Five firms applied. Per the memo, the agreement runs 540 calendar days once signed and is reported to the Board afterwards as a Noted Item.
The FY 2027-2030 and future-funding columns on this row are $0.

Terms the site uses. Where a definition is quoted from a document, it names the document; a word marked with a small dagger (†) on a project page opens its definition here.
The number of vehicles that pass a point on the road in a typical day, counting both directions together, averaged over the whole year. It smooths out weekday/weekend and seasonal differences and says nothing about peak hours.
A letter grade from A to F describing delay at an intersection during a peak hour. A is free-flowing; F means the intersection cannot clear the vehicles arriving at it, so the queue builds faster than it empties. Pasco publishes a morning and an evening grade, written "AM (PM)" - so "D (F)" is D in the morning and F in the evening.
A route that is "relatively continuous and of relatively high traffic volume, long average trip length, high operating speed, and high mobility importance."
A route of "relatively moderate average traffic volume, moderately average trip length, and moderately average operating speed." It also "collects and distributes traffic between local roads or arterial roads and serves as a linkage between land access and mobility needs."
A route of "relatively low average traffic volume, short average trip length or minimal through-traffic movements, and high land access for abutting property."
An arterial serving "the major centers of activity of an urban area, the highest traffic volume corridors, and the longest trip purpose."
Florida Statute 334.03 defines arterial, collector and local roads but not principal or minor arterials; this wording is the federal classification guidance. Not yet checked against it: the FHWA site is outside what the research tools can reach.
An arterial that "interconnects with and augments" the principal arterials and carries shorter trips.
Florida Statute 334.03 does not define minor arterials; this wording is the federal classification guidance. Not yet checked against it: the FHWA site is outside what the research tools can reach.
The roads Pasco's long range transportation plan designates for the movement of goods, drawing on the state's Florida Mobility and Trade Plan. A listed project earns one point in the plan's project scoring. The county's view is that the designation does not by itself imply heavy truck use.
A design vehicle, the "intermediate semitrailer" - wheelbase 12.5 + 25.5 = 38 feet, 45.5 feet long overall. A road designed for it lets that truck make its turns without leaving the pavement.
The study that compares alternatives for a road project and assesses their traffic, environmental and cost effects before design. Pasco's route study is the same process run under the county's own code rather than federal law.
Pasco County's name for a PD&E-style study run under its own code and standards, used when no federal money or federal approval is involved.
The forecast of what happens if the project under study is not built. Everything else in the adopted long range plan is still assumed to be built, so it is not a "nothing changes" scenario.
Money for a project sits in a plan for a given year. Only the first year of an adopted capital improvement plan is actually appropriated; later years are estimates.
The federal government has formally authorised the money and it is legally encumbered. Only obligation creates federal duties such as a federal environmental review.
Every document the guide draws on. The count is how many figures above come from it; a document with none is cited in the guide’s text rather than for a figure.
